Terms and Conditions
We refuse any drivers to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Alcohol must not be consumed by drivers for 12 hours before or during the event.
Participants in all activities at west country karting take part at their own risk and will be asked to sign a disclaimer on arrival. We accept no responsibility to damage or loss of clothing/personal items. Any damage to karts, crash helmets and suits by clients/guests will be charged for.
Any payments made as a deposit confirms the booking and is non refundable. Any cancellations will incur loss of any payments already made.
Any Abuse to staff, marsahlls or any memeber of the public will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave with no refund.
The number of drivers you book for is the number you pay for on the day.
We do not accept cancellations due to weather conditons.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse persons from an event or the site at their discretion.
